TROUBLESHOOTING
The indoor-phone doesn't
switch on
The ring tone volume is too low
I connected the doorphone to a
gate latch or electric lock but it
doesn't work
I hear interference on the line
There is no sound between the
outdoor unit and the handset
receiver
Under environment of high
electromagnetic interference,
user may experience image
distortion and/or audio noise
from the equipment.
User is encouraged to try to
correct the interference by one or
more of the following measures:

Make sure the indoor-phone is correctly plugged in to
the mains.
Make sure the adaptor plug is properly pushed into
the power outlet. Or please check the handset recevier
to see if it is in mute mode. The blue led flashes in case
of incoming call.
Check the volume settings
Please check if gate latch or lock is connected with
outdoor unit correctly and the power for unlocking is
Max./500mA 12V. Choose a gate latch or lock with
mechanical system.
Is the door phone close to other electronic devices?
If it is, move them further away.
Is the cable cross-section appropriate for the distance
involved?
The microphone intake might be obstructed.
Clean it, being careful not to damage the microphone
itself.
-- Reorient or relocate the equipment.
-- Increase the separation between the equipment and
other electrical product.
-- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit
different from that to which the other electrical product
is connected.
-- Consult the dealer or an experienced technician
for help.
