CRR 120 equipment

The CRR 120 is to be used solely for pneu-
matic actuation of suitable Bosch compo-
nents, e.g.: Testing of Bosch common-rail
injectors with solenoid valve.
Optimum measuring results can only be
guaranteed in connection with the voltage
stabilizer Bosch order number:
1 687 022 873.

Any other or anything over and beyond
proper and intended use of the CRR 120
is not viewed as proper and intended.
Liability will not be accepted for any
resulting damage. In such cases, services
or parts provided under warranty are
excluded.

To avoid damage to the injector and the
test device itself, the pneumatic cylinder
connected to connection A must always
have the application pressure applied
to it first. Further details on using the
CRR 120 are available in the correspond-
ing Bosch repair instructions.

Proper and intended use

Connection examples:
Example 1
The Fig. 3 shows the test set-up with the required com-
ponents for electrical armature stroke measurement on
Bosch common-rail injectors with solenoid
valve. The CRR 120 is used for damping the gauge.
