Important:

The compressor motor has a thermal protector, which will shut o the
unit before the unit is overheated. When the thermal protector shuts
the unit o , please:
a. Switch o the unit.
b. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
c. Wait 40 minutes for the motor to cool down before another treatment.
d. Make sure the air openings are not obstructed.
10. When treatment is nished, shut o the unit and unplug it from the electrical
outlet.

CLEANING

It is recommended that the nebulizer, mouthpiece and the mask (or any other
patient accessory interface that is used) be thoroughly cleaned with hot water
after each use and cleaned with a mild detergent after the last treatment of
the day. If your physician or respiratory therapist speci es a di erent cleaning
procedure, follow their instructions.
Caution:
Before cleaning, make sure the power cord is disconnected from the main outlet
and the unit.
Rinsing (after each treatment)
1. Disconnect the air tube, nebulizer cup, mouthpiece and mask.
2. Gently twist the nebulizer cup to open it.
3. Rinse the nebulizer cup, mouthpiece and mask with water.
4. Dry them with clean soft towel or let them air dry.
5. Reassemble the nebulizer cup when completely dry and put these parts in a
dry, sealed container.
