tion more fully, push the ENTER button,
and pull the outside paddle.
After I set a new combination,

the lock worked one time only and
then failed to open thereafter.
You did not fully depress the buttons of
the intended combination when you
changed the combination.
Use trial and error based on the intended
combination. Try depressing the intended
combination, leaving out one button on each
attempt. Alternatively, try pressing simul-
taneous groupings of two or three buttons
in the intended combination.
If the lock opens, immediately follow the
procedure to set a new combination.
If the lock will not open, the combination is
lost. Perform the procedure to clear a lost
combination. See chapter 14 Clearing
a lost combination."
Although I operated the lock correctly

buttons), the latch does not retract.
The outside lever arm is not correctly
positioned in the latch mechanism.
Recheck the lever arm. If that does not
solve the problem, the rotor is out of
alignment. Perform the procedure to adjust
the rotor. See step 7 in chapter 5

The lock opens when you

The lock is in zero code
(it has no set combination).
Reset the code by following the instructions

Utilice el método de ensayo y error basándose en la
combinación deseada. Pruebe a pulsar la combi-
nación deseada, omitiendo un botón distinto en
cadaintento. También puede intentarlo pulsando
grupos simultáneos de dos o tres botones
de la combinación.
Si el cerrojo se abre, vuelva a realizar inmediata-
mente el procedimiento para programar una
nueva combinación.
Si el cerrojo no se abre, la combinación se ha perdi-
do. Siga el procedimiento descrito para eliminar una
combinación perdida, en el capítulo 14 "Eliminación
de una combinación perdida".

Aunque realizo la operación correctamente
(pulsando bien los botones de la combi-
nación), el pestillo no se repliega.
La palanca exterior no está colocada correctamente
en el mecanismo del pestillo.
Vuelva a comprobar la palanca. Si esto no resuelve el
problema, puede ser que el rotor no esté alineado.
Siga el procedimiento descrito para ajustar el rotor.
Consulte la etapa 7 en el capítulo 5 "Instalación de
la cerradura".

La cerradura se abre al pulsar el botón Enter
y tirar de la paleta exterior, sin introducir
ninguna combinación.
La cerradura está en código cero (no tiene una
combinación programada).
Programe un código siguiendo las instrucciones en el
capítulo 13 "Cambio de la combinación", omitiendo
la etapa 4, ya que en este caso no hay una
combinación previa.
