GENERAL NOTES

11.1 Appliance installation

• When using the appliance indoors, ensure an adequate
discharge of the exhausts. Proper ventilation must also be
provided (danger of poisoning).
11.2 Accessories
• Incorrect, unsuitable or faulty accessories affect the
performance of the appliance. Its usage may become dan-
gerous. Ask your dealer/manufacturer the original spares
and accessories.

11.3 Spare parts

• Please note that the use of other than original spare parts
may lead to damage of the machine and also severe acci-
dents. Original spare parts guarantee that the appliance is
operated safely and trouble free. The most common spares
are listed in these operating instructions.

11.4 Safety equipment

• Pressure switch
When the operating pressure is exceeded, e.g. the gun is
closed, the nozzle is dirty or when the heating coil is calci-
fied, the pressure switch turns the appliance off and turns it
on again when the pressure falls below a specific pressure.
The pressure switch is set at the factory.
• Safety valve
The safety valve opens preventing the working pressure
from being exceeded, e.g. when the pressure switch is
faulty . The safety valve is set at the factory.
• Low water safety device (OPTIONAL)
The low water safety device prevents the burner and the
pump from starting in case of lack of water, or it stops the
appliance in case of water shortage while the machine is
running..
To turn on the machine again, set the pump switch to OFF
pos. first, and then to ON position.
11.5 Safety device for lack of diesel oil to the burner
• This safety device prevents the burner pump from running
in case of lack of fuel and it stops the burner.
To turn on the burner set the burner switch to the OFF
position first, and then to the ON position.
11.6 Guarantee
• The terms of guarantee issued by our competent distri-
bution company are valid in any country. If the appliance
malfunctions in any way, we shall rectify the fault free of
charge,within the period of guarantee, provided the cause
can be attributed to faulty material or a manufacturing
error.
• The guarantee will only come into force if your dealer
has filled out, stamped and signed the enclosed card on
completion of sale, and if you have sent the reply card to
the distribution company in your country.
• In the event of a claim, please consult your dealer or the
nearest customer service centre with the accessories and
receipt of purchase.
