6. In order to reassemble everything proceed in re-
versed order, being careful to respect the numbering
when connecting the wires to the terminal board
box.
7. Once the wires have been connected, before closing
again completely the electrical panel and the con-
trol pedal box, check again all motions that, in case
some connection have been inverted, will have to be
restored according to the notes you have previously
taken.
In case it is necessary to replace the entire pedal box
operate as follows:
1. Power off the machine and open the electrical panel;
2. Disconnect all cables that go from the electrical
panel to the pedal box, they can be identified follow-
ing the group of wires that go from the pedal box to
the electrical panel;
3. In order to do that insert in the terminal board box
a screw driver of suitable dimensions until you hear
a click that releases the wire from the terminal
board box.

After having disconnected all cables remove the old
pedal box and insert the cable of the new one in
the electrical panel;
5. Reconnect the cables of the new pedal box in the
terminal board box of the electrical panel, ex-

ecute in reversed order the operation previously
described, being careful to check that motions
are performed correctly before closing everything
again;
6. If everything works correctly close again also the
electrical panel, power up the machine and keep on
using the machinery as previously done.
3.11 Replacement of the micro switch of
the control pedal box rotation man-
drel
In order to replace the micro switch of the rotation
mandrel (clockwise/counter-clockwise) operate accord-
ing to the following instructions:
1.
Power off the machine;
2. Open the bottom of the pedal box with a screw
driver;
3. Now it is possible to reach the two micros of the
rotation mandrel;
4. Identify the defected one and proceed to replace-
ment;
5. With a screw driver unscrew the two wires on the
micro, remembering the position and memorizing
the type of contact on which they are fitted (nor-
mally NO);
6. With a hex key unscrew the micro switch from its
support, remove it and install the new one;
