a. Towel is properly loaded per illustration on inside of front cover.
b. Advance towel with auto-feed button to confirm proper installation
of batteries.
c. After troubleshooting, close dispenser door and dispense towel. If
dispenser continues to experience problems, please call customer
service at 1-866-HELLO GP (435-5647).
STEP SIX
Operating the dispenser
1. Load enMotion
®
roll towels.
Note: refer to illustrated instructions on the inside of front cover.
2. Dispensing towels
a. In On-Demand Mode (ODM), wave hand approximately 2" across
front of dispenser. An enMotion
®
b. In Hang Mode (HM) an enMotion
automatically, a few seconds after the cover is closed or a towel is
torn off.
c. Once towel is dispensed, tear off towel to dry hands. A second
towel cannot be dispensed until the first towel is removed.
3. Use of the Automatic Transfer Mechanism
a. Once low paper indicator light begins flashing, open cover and
manually transfer stub roll from upper roll holders to lower roll
holders without tearing the paper.
b. Then load new roll in the upper roll holders as illustrated on the
inside of the front cover. Thread paper under the blue transfer bar
and close cover. The new roll will begin feeding once the stub roll
is empty.
4. Replacing Batteries
a. The "low battery" light located on the right side of the lens
indicates that the battery power is low.
Note: Once this light appears the dispenser will continue to
operate for a limited period of time.
b. Replace batteries with 4 "D" cell alkaline batteries. Load batteries
as outlined in diagram located inside battery compartment.
5. Should you wave your hand 2-3 times inside the sensor range and not
receive a towel, open cover and check to see if the paper is properly
loaded. Then check inside the paper chute to see if there is a jam. If
necessary, clear the jam and load paper properly. Once completed, close
the cover and the dispenser should function normally. If dispenser does
not operate, please call customer service at 1-866-HELLO GP (435-5647).
LOADING FIRST ROLL
(see steps 1-4)
1. Place new roll in top bracket (the paper is fed over the top).
2. Lift the transfer bar and tuck the paper behind it.
Fold and crease a 1" flap at the end of the paper by folding it up
(transfer bar teeth should rest in crease).
3. Press the blue paper advance button on the lower right of the
dispenser (paper will be automatically loaded).
4. Once the paper feeds through the bottom, tear off the waste and close
the cover.

TO LOAD NEW ROLLS
(see steps 5-8)
5. When the low paper indicator is lit, add a new paper roll.
6. Move the partial roll (approximately 3" in Dia.) to the bottom
roll holders (rewind any excess paper back onto the roll).
7. Follow steps 1 through 2 to load a new roll in the top bracket
(paper will automatically feed once the stub roll is empty).
8. Close the cover.
Note: When the transfer option is used, the dispenser will double feed
paper toward the end of the partial roll.
HANDLING AND DISPOSAL INSTRUCTIONS
FOR D-CELL BATTERY
(included in package)
1. Install battery in accordance with equipment instructions. Keep in
original packaging until ready for use. Avoid extreme temperatures.
2. Avoid mechanical or electrical abuse. Keep away from children.
3. Never disassemble battery. Chemicals inside battery can be dangerous
if swallowed or exposed to skin.
4. Remove battery from device when it is not expected to be in use for
an extended period of time.
5. Do not incinerate, since battery may explode at excessive
temperatures.
6. Battery is not designed to be recharged. Dispose of individual
batteries with normal waste.
7. Do not dispose of large amounts of batteries as it creates a safety risk.
8. Dispose of accumulated batteries in accordance with appropriate
federal, state, and local regulations.
