Maintenance Method:

1 ） Wipe the oil and water on the lever block after use and store it in a dry place. If the lever block will not be used for a long time,
clean it, apply oil to the lifting chain and the hook for lubrication and implement proper protection （such as repacking and putting
it into an appropriate wooden box）, and store it in a safe place.
2） Every year the parts of the lever blocks shall be cleaned with kerosene while grease applied to the gears and bearings for lubri
cation by personnel familiar with the lever block mechanism, and those who do not know about its working principle are not allowed
to disassemble and assemble the lever block.
3） The safety shield shall not be removed during use, and the product shall be kept intact; after being removed for repair, the dou
ble-chain lower hook bracket shall not be assembled to the unstressed free chain .
4） The lifting chain shall be lubricated frequently according to the use with clean lubricating oil.
5） Users are not allowed modify the original design of the product, and the replacement parts must meet the original design
requirements.
6） The rollers of the left and right bearings of the lifting chain wheel can be adhered to the inner races which have been press-fitted
to the journal of the chain wheel and then fitted into the outer race of the bearing of the wall plate.
7） When installing the brake device part, note that the ratchet coggings and the claws are well engaged, and the control of spring over
the claw shall be flexible and reliable. After the hand chain wheel is installed, the ratchet and friction lining shall be pressed tight
on the brake seat when the hand chain wheel is turned clockwise, while there shall be a clearance between the ratchet and the
friction lining when the hand chain wheel is turned counterclockwise.
8） Throw the lever block is not allowed. Never disassemble the lever block with brute force, and protect the parts from damage during
disassemble. Never disassemble the interference-fitted components.
9） After cleaning and overhaul, the lever block shall be tested for the braking performance and dynamic load performance according
to the provisions in JB/T7334 "Lever Block" to confirm that the operation is normal before use.
10） During oil applying and using, the friction surface of the brake device must keep clean with the braking performance checked fre
quently, so as to prevent the weight from falling due to malfunction.
11） For convenient maintenance and disassembly, one link of the pulling chain is an open link （not welded but painted）.
12） The lever block shall be checked daily and regularly within the use period, with the inspection results recorded.
The inspection items and standards are shown in the attached table on the right.
13） The interval for regular inspections depends on the condition of key parts and components and the frequency of use, but at list one
time each year. The lever blocks that have not been used for more than one year shall be inspected according to the requirements
of regular inspection before being put into use.

Warranty:

This product is warranted for six months from the date of purchase without any quality defects or damage.
