Intended Use
Measures AC and DC voltage from 6V to 380V in electrical circuitry. Tests if faults are present in circuitry by
determining whether the system being tested is live or not. Detector functions with an LED indicator determine
whether a live current is existent.
Operation
WARNING
: ALWAYS wear eye protection, adequate respiratory and hearing protection, as well as suitable
gloves, when working with this tool.
Touch Test Probe (-) (1) and Test Probe (+) (2) testing probes to the circuit or device that is being tested
If a voltage is present the corresponding LED light will illuminate, as well as the LED's representing the voltages
below the measured voltage
Note
: The voltage tester will switch on automatically when a voltage is detected.
General inspection: Inspect the power cord of the tool, prior to each use, for damage or wear.
Disposal
Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that are no longer functional and are not
viable for repair.
Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), with household
waste, contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct way to dispose of power
tools
