Introduction
XBT, the innovative exercise machine for Group, Functional, and Fighting Fitness, intensi-
fies your training with additional, adjustable spring tension resistance. The two spring bal-
ancers on the belt, which are connected to your arms and legs by hand and foot loops,
provide a challenging exercise experience combining intensity, variation, and movement
control. Full-body training for your legs and upper body helps condition your muscles and
build strength and speed using fighting elements, functional exercises, or dance steps.
Whether you work on side or front kicks, large-scale movements with your arms, functional
exercises, or individual step sequences - there is no limit to the variety of movements you
can choose from. No matter whether you're executing punches, kicks, burpees, knee
bends, or basic jumps - XBT provides you with a compact and intensive training unit. You
can complete individual movement sequences in a quick and powerful manner or in a slow
and controlled way, combining them based on your desired training goal.
