TESTING THE GAS SUPPLY PIPING SYSTEM

When test pressures exceed 0.5 PSI (3.5 kPa), the fryer and its individual shutoff valve must be disconnected
from the gas supply piping system.
•
When test pressures are 0.5 PSI (3.5 kPa) or less, the fryer must be isolated from the gas supply piping
system by closing its individual shutoff valve.
LEVELING THE FRYER
•
Check the level of the fryer front-to-back and side-to-side after gas connections have been made by placing
a bubble level on top of the fryer. Adjust the leveling legs as needed to level the fryer.
•
After moving into the final position, check again that the unit is level using a bubble level.
