- Charge the battery at room tempera-
ture between 4 and 40ºC.
- Completely unroll the battery char-
ger mains cable.
- Plug the charger (f) into the char-
ging base (G) and the mains.
- The charge indicator (D) will light
up indicating that the charger is
ready to begin charging the battery
(For the first charge approximately
12 – 14 hours are required and the
following ones will be of approxi-
mately 10 hours. Never attempt to
over-charge the batteries).
- When the battery is charged dis-
connect the charger from the mains
supply.
NB: For a long battery life, it is
advisable to charge the battery, only,
when it has run out completely.
Instructions for use
Before use:
- Make sure that all the product's
packaging has been removed.
- Prepare the appliance according to
the function you wish to use.
Insertion of comb guide:
- Hold the guide comb by the two
sides, insert the head into the guides
and slide downward until it is coupled
(Fig.1
- To remove the guide comb pull
upward.
Use:
- Turn the appliance on using the on/
off switch.
- The pilot light (D) comes on.

Comb to trim beard:
- Use the guide comb from 2 mm to
6 mm according to the desired mea-
surement. For a three-day beard use
the 3 mm measurement (Fig 2)
Once you have finished using the
appliance:
- Turn the appliance off, using the on/
off switch.
- Clean the appliance
Cleaning
- Disconnect the appliance from the
mains and let it cool before underta-
king any cleaning task.
- Disconnect the charger from the
mains and let it cool before underta-
king any cleaning task.
- Dismantle the blade as follows:
- Press the blades, gripping them
from the sides (Fig. 3)
- Clean the equipment with a damp
cloth with a few drops of washing-up
liquid and then dry.
- The blades/head (A) can be washed
under the tap. Do not submerge the
appliance in water or other liquid.
- Do not use solvents, or products
with an acid or base pH such as
bleach, or abrasive products, for
cleaning the appliance.
Anomalies and repair
- Take the appliance to an authorised
technical support service if problems
arise. Do not try to dismantle or repair
without assistance, as this may be
dangerous.
