HIGH PRECISION IMPRESSIONS
CHARACTERISTICS
Freealgin is a material suitable for all the applications of conventional alginate and features high
dimensional stability, easy mixing, and practicality in preparation and use. In addition, the impres-
sions can be disinfected safely. Freealgin is also available in the 1:1 version in 50ml cartridges as
well as in the automatic mixing system with 5:1ratio.

- Impressions for antagonist models
- Surgery impressions
- Impressions for producing models for bridges and temporary crowns
- Impressions for orthodontics
- Impressions for producing bites and surgical guides
- Impressions for producing models for the construction of trays for whitening solutions
- In all cases in which an impression is needed for modifying or expanding a removable prosthesis
IMPRESSION TRAY: PREPARATION AND ADHESIVES
All standard and/or special trays can be used, provided they are rigid and non-deformable. The
range of Zhermack's Hi-Tray impression trays are especially recommended.
The adhesion of the impression material to the spoon is a crucial stage for avoiding errors, espe-
cially at the moment of extracting the tray from the mouth. To ensure a strong bond, we recom-
mend using Universal Tray Adhesive (Zhermack).
FREEALGIN CARTRIDGE VERSION

PREPARING THE DEVICE:

Assemble the device as shown in the drawings (1-2).
Warning: Before assembling the tip, ensure that the two components (base and catalyst) flow
out evenly by applying a light pressure on the dispenser lever and extruding a small amount of
material, which must be removed (3).
Subsequently, insert the mixing tip (4).

PREPARING THE DEVICE
- Press in the levers and remove the protective cap (fig. 5).
- Insert the cartridge into the machine as instructed by the manufacturer.
- Ensure an equal length of material is coming out. Clean and remove any excess material (fig. 6).
