Symptom
The audio is not output or the
volume is extremely low.
The left and right audio channels
are not balanced.
The Transmitter is connected improperly to the audio component or PC.
➡ Connect them properly with the audio cable or the USB cable (pages 12 and 13).
The AUDIO IN terminal on the Transmitter is set improperly.
➡ Press the input selector key for the required number of times to select the input source that
matches the connected audio component (page 15).
[Mute] is checked in the [Volume] setup of the PC.
➡ Uncheck [Mute] (page 17).
The AUDIO IN terminal on the Transmitter is connected to the headphones jack on the audio
component and the volume of the audio component is set too low.
➡ Adjust the playback volume of the audio component to an appropriate level.
The volume is set low on the audio component.
➡ Adjust to the volume to an appropriate level (page 17).
The audio output device of the PC is not set to [USB Speaker].
➡ Open the [Predefined Devices] drop-down list in the [Sound Playback] field and select
[KENWOOD Wireless Audio] (page 17).
The Receiver is connected improperly to the stereo component with the audio cable or an
optical digital cable.
➡ Connect them properly with the audio cable or an optical digital cable (page 11).
➡ Check and adjust the output balance of the audio component or PC connected to the
Transmitter.
➡ Check and adjust the output balance of the stereo component connected to the Receiver.
