This appliance is equipped with an electronic keypad device featuring a three digit
display and LED to perform and follow all the cooking operations, (see fig. "Keypad").
Here is a list of the procedures for a safe and correct use of the appliance.
1.

Give tension to the equipment:

Connect the appliance by turning on the main switch of the net system; the LED of
the control board near the key will lights up

Switch on the equipment:

Press the key

Double-jacket filling:
If the water level in the double-jacket is insufficient, on the display there is
"H20"
It's necessary to fill the double-jacket as follow.
Attention!: the filling must be done with the equipment cold possibly with soft water.
- Open the level tap (2 – fig.2.3.)
- Unscrew the cap located near the gauge (1 – fig. 2.3.)
- Fill the water trough the cap seat.
- When the water comes out from the level tap (2) close immediately the tap and
the cap (1 e 2 fig. 2.3).

Setting required temperature:

− To heat with the required temperature press the key
lights up (for around 4 sec.). If the led switch of press the key again.
− With keys select
− Further 110° C, may be selected the following values:
Low power (Lo). The appliance will now operate in a fixed low-power
mode. This function allow to keep the boiling point with a good energetic saving.
High power (Hi). The appliance will now operate in a fixed high-power
mode.
To confirm the values press again the key
key switch off.
Warning! : The set value remain (solo per range 20÷110 ° C).At the following
start the value would be automatically 110° C.
