Setting cooking time:

To set the cooking time press the key

The value INF excludes the cooking time (the end of cooking needs a manual).

Warning!: The last set cooking time remains in the keypad memory.

Heating start:

To start the heating press the key

Automatically will light up the lamp
will be after around 20 sec.).
With the setting cooking time, the time countdown starts pressing the key START/STOP.

Warning!: during the heating, a temporary steam outflow from the air escape is normal
functioning.

Cooking cycle end:

The heating remains activated (to the set temperature value) till the setpoint time.
If the set time value is INF, to deactivate the heating press the key

Vat emptying:

The vertical position of the vessel is ensured by a lock off device.

To make the vessel empty follow the instructions here:

Unblock the vessel turning the unblock lever toward left (3 – fig. 2.3.)

At the same time clasp the handle (4 – fig. 2.3.) and make the emptying.

Warning!: During the rotation phase the heating stops automatically. When the vessel
return in vertical position, it blocks off automatically and the heating starts again.
