Preparing the doors for installation
□
locate the right door (K) and left door (l) and place face down
on a soft surface to protect the finish .
□
Place the open side of each hinge (GG) into the recessed area
on each of the right door (K) and left door (l) . insert and tighten
two hinge screws (FF) into each of the two holes in each hinge .
do not overtighten screws .

installing the doors
□
line up and insert the other end of the door hinges (GG)
into the recessions in the left and right side exterior
panels (d & e) of the assembled mantel .
□
secure the door hinges (GG) to the mantle using eight
screws (FF) .
□
secure the handles (HH) to the left and right doors (K &
l) by inserting the handle bolts (dd) through the left and
right doors (K & l) and tighten until snug .

installing the shelves
□
locate the two shelves (M) and set aside .
□
insert shelf supports (ii) into the desired hole height . Make sure
that the supports (ii) are in same hole for each shelf for stability .
□
insert shelves (M) into the side storage areas . tilting the shelves
on a slight angle while inserting will help clear the opening .
