TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING!
Except the procedures shown in this Manual, the operator should not try to perform other repair procedures
on the machine.
Repair and services must be performed by Clarke authorized technicians.
The following instructions should be useful to solve some machine problems. If the suggested remedies are not effective, it is
necessary to contact the Service Center.
Trouble
The machine does not move smoothly.
The debris collection is not efficient.
The machine produces excessive dust during
operation.
The machine leaves dust marks.
SCRAPPING
Have the machine scrapped by a qualified scrapper.

Possible Cause
The side or main brooms are too low.
There is a big foreign object caught into the
brooms.
There is a rope or other foreign object caught
by the main brooms.
The hopper is full.
The side or main brooms are too high.
The brooms are too worn.
The hopper is full.
The machine speed is too high.
Some dust may collect inside the housing
behind the brooms.
Remedy
Adjust the brooms.
Remove the object.
Remove the rope or the object.
Empty the hopper.
Adjust the brooms.
Replace the brooms.
Empty the hopper.
Reduce the working speed.
Remove the dust from the housing.
