Fasten the BRACE (SS) and FOOT BASE (24E) to

the BOTTOM (E). Use four BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD
SCREWS (7S) through the BASE, through the BRACE, and
into the BOTTOM. Then, push the FOOT (25E) into the
FOOT BASE (24E).
NOTE: Turn the screw end of the FOOT completely in.

Adjustments will be made to the FOOT after the unit is
standing upright.
Turn completely in.
