under normal, domestic conditions and for the in-
tended use) the proper functioning of the ceramic
grinder for 10 years from the date of purchase. Our
guarantee also includes replacement of a defective
grinder with a perfect one during the guarantee
period.
Provided that this model is still included in the
product range, the defective part will be replaced
by a part from the same model. If the model is no
longer carried in the WMF product range, the de-
fective part will be replaced with a similar product
within the current WMF product range.
Exclusions from the guarantee
The guarantee does not cover damage due to the
following causes: Failure to observe the instruc-
tions for use and care, inappropriate or improper
use, incorrect or negligent handling, any kind of
forceful impact (e.g. falling onto a floor, a blow),
mechanical, chemical or physical damage resulting
from incorrect use.
Any warranty claim exclusively covers replacement
of the defective ceramic grinder with a free one and
shipment of the same at no cost to the warrantee.
Warranty claims
For any warranty claim, a dated proof of purchase
is required. The guarantee is effective from the date
of purchase.

Information on the consumer's statutory rights
The consumer's statutory rights against the seller
if the purchased product was not free of defects at
the time of transfer of risk (e.g. subsequent fulfil-

are not affected by this guarantee.
