Scope of supply for ATV steering dampfer-Kit
1x Steering damper
1x Lever steering damper
2x DIN985-M6 hexagon nut
2x DIN 912-M6x25 cylinder screw
2x A 6.4 St washer, DIN125
1x M6x16 collar screw
1x M6x20 collar screw
1x steering link kit
Preparatory work steering link kit
Screw the hexagon nut LH thread on the heim joint LH thread and the hexa-
gon nut RH thread on the heim joint RH thread. Screw the heim joint LH
thread and the heim joint RH thread in the adjusting nut. Place the ATV on
the mounting bracket before you start to mount.
Mounting
Guide the steering damper (1) into the ATV retaining bracket (2) from above.

Screw the steering damper onto the retaining bracket using the AH screws,
the washer and the self-locking nuts.
Align the lever on the steering damper (3) so that it is perpendicular (90°)
to the steering damper. Align the front wheels of the ATV.
