AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS, INC.
1. Remove contents from box. Verify that all parts listed are present and free from damage. Carefully read and understand all instructions before attempting installation.
2. From underneath the vehicle locate the two bolts holding in the passenger side tow hook and remove them. Place tow hook aside
3. Take the passenger side mounting bracket and from behind the bumper slide the bracket into the tow hook hole.
4. Insert the tow hook back into the hole and secure the two pieces with the factory tow hook bolts. Do not tighten at this time.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the drivers side mounting bracket
6. Open the hood and using a flat blade screwdriver remove the eight plastic fasteners that hole the plastic shroud above the radiator. Once removed set aside.
7. Using the 10MM socket remove the four bolts that hold the grill in place. Slightly pull grill towards the front of the vehicle to access the upper bumper bolt.
8. Using a 21MM socket and long extension remove the factory bumper bolt.
9. Take the passenger side top support bracket and attach it using the same bolt removed in the above step. The welded nut on the bracket should be facing the radiator. Do not
tighten at this time.
10. From the front of the grille insert the passenger top bracket through the grill. Attach the passenger top bracket to the passenger top support bracket using (1) M8X 25MM
hex head bolt, (1) 8MM lock washer, and (1) 8MM flat washer. Do not tighten at this time.
11. Repeat steps 8-10 for the drivers side.
12. With help position the grille guard assembly. Align the holes on the mounting brackets with the holes on the grille guard.
13. Attach grille guard to the mounting brackets using (4) M12X 30MM button hex head bolts, (4) M12 nylock nuts, and (8) M12 flat washers.
14. Attach grille guard to top mounting brackets using (2) M10 X 30MM button allen head bolts, (2) M10 nylock nuts, and (2) 10MM flat washers. Insert button head bolt from
the outside of plate. Do not tighten at this time.
15. Level and adjust grille guard, then tighten all hardware at this time.
16. Reinstall the grille with the four bolts removed, and reinstall the plastic shroud above the radiator.
FINISH PROTECTION
Westin products have a high quality finish that must be cared for like any other exposed finish on the vehicle. Protect the finish with a non-abrasive automotive wax, (e.g. Pure
Carnauba) on a regular basis. The use of any soap, polish or wax that contains an abrasive is detrimental, as the compounds scratch the finish and open it to corrosion.

2 Localize por de bajo del vehiculo los dos pernos que sostienen el gancho de remolque y remuevalos y despues ponga el gancho de rolque a un lado.
3 Tome el soporte de montura del lado del pasajero y deslizslo por de tras de la defensa dentro de los dos huecos de el gancho de remolque.
4 Inserte el gancho de remolque dentro del hueco y asegure las dos piesas con los pernos de fabrica del gancho de remolque. No apretar en este momento.
5 Repetir pasos 2-4 para el soporte de montura del lado del conductor.
6 Abra el cofre y remueva ocho sostenedores de plastico usando un desarmador de punta plana que sostiene la tapa de plastico en cima del radiador.Lla removido apartelo.
7 Remueva los pernos de fabrica de la defensa usando una extencion larga y un dado de 10MM.
8 Remueva los pernos de fabrica de la defensa una extencion larga y un dado de 21MM.
9 Tome el soprte de montura superior del lado del pasajero y sujetelo usando el mismo perno removido en el paso anterior. La tuerca soldada en el soporte debe encarar el .
Radiador . No apretar en este momento.
10 Inserte por en frente de la parrilla el soporte superior del lado del pasajero por dentro de la parrilla. Sujete el soporte superior del pasajero al soporte de montura del pasa-
jero usando (1) perno de cabeza de aojo M8 X25MM, (1) rondana de candado 8MM,y (1) rondana plana 8MM. No apretar en este momento.
11 Repetip pasos 8-10 para aldo del conductor..
12 Posicione con ayuda la asamblea protectora de la parrilla. Alinie los huecos de los soportes de montura con los huecos del protector de la parrilla.
13 Sujete el protector de la parrilla a los soportes de montura usando (4) pernos de aojo de cabeza de botonM12 X 30MM, (4) tuercas nylock M12,y (8) rondanas planas M12.
14 Sujete el protector de la parrilla a los soportes de montura superiors usando (2) pernos de cabeza de boton allenM10 X 30MM, (2) tuercas nylock M10, y (2) rondanas
planas 10MM.Inserte perno de cabeza de boton por fuera de la plancha. No apretar en este momento.
15 Ajuste y nivele el protector de la parrilla, y despues apriete toda la herramienta en ese momento.
16 Reinstale la parrilla con los cuatro pernos removidos y reinstale la tapa de plastico en cima del radiador.
PROTECCION DE TERMINADO
Productos Westin tienen un terminado de alta calidad que debe ser cuidado como cualquier otro terminado expuesto en el vehiculo. Proteje el terminado con una cera automotriz
no-abresiva (e.g.Carnuba Pura) regularmente. El uso de cualquier jabon pulido o cera que contenga un abresivo es prejudicial ya que los compuestos rayan el terminado y lo
abren a corrocion.
