Clean the inside of the unit with a mild baking soda solution. Then
rinse with warm water using a sponge or cloth. Wash the shelves
and the vegetable drawer with warm soapy water and dry com-
pletely before replacing them in the unit. Wipe the outside of the
unit with a damp cloth.
If you require more information, consult the cleaning section before
using your unit.
Before placing the food inside the unit, turn on and wait 24 hours
to make sure the unit is working properly and to allow it to reach
the correct temperature. Do not overfill the unit.
