Extension cord is too long or wire size
too small.
Main voltage supply is too low.
Thermal safety switch has tripped.
Water inlet filter is clogged.
Pump is sucking air from hose
connections.
Nozzle is worn or not correct size.
Nozzle in shampo position.
Unloader is clogged or worn.
Valve is clogged or worn.
Pump is sucking in air.

Corrective Action
Slide lance nozzle into low
pressure position.
Turn the ring cunterclockwise.
Remove high pressure extension hose
or use high pressure hose
shorter than 750 cm.
Call the delaer.
Clean applicator with warm water.
Replace aplicator.
Turn off and call the dealer.
Squeeze trigger on gun.
Check plug, socket and fuse.
Remove extension cord.
Check that main supply voltage is
adequate.
Swicth off unit and allow motor to cool
down.
Clean water inlet filter.
Check that connections and
locking ring are properly
tightened.
Call the delaer.
Turn the ring clockwise.

Check that hones and connections are
