Never move the Jug when the appliance is on.
The product may heat up during processing. To avoid
burns, always tilt the machine as indicated in picture 05,
standing beside the machine.

Lid Positoning
The Jug Lid was developed with non-toxic rubber and pro-
vides efficient sealing during process. Check if the Lid is
properly positioned on the Jug edge. See picture below:

Filler Cap Positioning
The Filler Cap is used to follow the process and also to add
more product to be processed.
To remove the Upper lid, just turn in clockwise so that it
releases, pulling it up.

3. Operation
3.1 Starting the appliance
- Connect the appliance to a power outlet.
- To turn on the appliance, press ON Switch No. 03 Picture
02).
- To turn off the appliance, press Off Switch No. 03 Picture
02).
3.2 Operation Procedures
Remove the Lid with the Filler Cap.
First, fill the Jug with liquid products and after that,
products with more consistency. Place the Lid with the Filler
Cap as described before in Items 2.2. and 2.2.3 and turn on
the appliance.
The processing time changes for each product. Solid
products should not be processed without a liquid,
because overheating may occur and therefore damage the
Jug seal.

Never turn on the Appliance when empty, because it
can cause irreparable damages.
3.3 Safety System
This appliance features a safety system to guarantee
the safety of the operator. The operation of the equipment
must follow the item 03. Other procedures are unsafe and
must not be used.
3.3.1 Reset System
For the safety of the operator, the appliance features a
safety system that by removing the lid No. 09 (Picture
02), the equipment stops immediately. This system was
developed to reduce accident risks and to facilitate the
operation and cleaning of the appliance.
Before restoring the electrical power, press the On Swtich
No. 03 (Picture 02) to turn on the appliance.
3.4 Cleaning and Sanitization
The equipment must be completely clean and sanitized:
- Before being used for the first time;
- After the everyday operation;
- When it hasn´t been used for a long time;
- Before using it after some time of inactivity.
Some parts of the equipment can be removed for the
cleaning:
- Lid;
- Filler Cap.
Wash all the parts with water and neutral soap.
- To wash inside the cup, fill it to half of its capacity with
water and add a bit of mild detergent.
- Put the lid and turn on the Blender for 30 seconds.
- Remove the liquid and rinse it.
- If necessary, use a nylon brush to help removing materials
that are difficult to be removed.
Do not use direct water jet to the equipment.
3.5 Cautions with Stainless Steels
The Stainless Steel may present rust signs, which ARE
ALWAYS CAUSED BY EXTERNAL AGENTS, especially when
the cleaning or sanitization is not constant and appropriate.
The Stainless Steel resistance towards corrosion is mainly
due to the presence of chrome, which in contact with
oxygen allows the formation of a very thin protective coat.
