INTENDED USE

The hob was developed exclusively for non-
professional, domestic use in the household.
This hob is designed to offer professional
performance in the household. It is a highly
versatile appliance enabling safe and easy
selection of different cooking methods.

Improper use of the grids can damage the
hob: do not position the grids upside down
or slide them across the hob.

In case of use of cast iron griddles, ollar
stones, terracotta pots and pans, use them
for no more than 20 minutes and, in case of
prolonged cooking, adjust the burner to the
minimum.

Heat diffusers such as metal mesh, or any
other types are not recommended.
