MAIN COMPONENTS AND FUNCTIONS
1. STOP: Being functioning (vacuum operation or sealing), it stops the appliance running.
2. DRY / SAUCES: Vacuum button (8/12 or 10-15 s) respectively. Green light means DRY
(without any liquid) and red light shows SAUCES (with little liquid such a fresh fish or raw
meat).
3. Normal vacuum: By pressing, starts the vacuum and sealing automatically. (-55 Kpa) for
regular products stored with a normal vacuum pressure.
4. Smooth vacuum: By pressing, starts the vacuum and sealing automatically. (-15 to -25 Kpa)
for weak food that need a lower vacuum pressure.
5. Sealing: Manual sealing of the bag with no suction or vacuum. This is used to make a bag
with the plastic roll.
6. Outer vacuum: for vacuuming bowls, containers, wine stoppers or other accessories
using the plastic tube. The vacuum will stop automatically after 5 minutes. You can stop the
vacuum at any time by pressing "PARO-STOP" button.
7. Opening button: Press the 2 buttons placed on both sides of the appliance, eliminating
the vacuum pressure within the appliance.
8. Air inlet: This connects the vacuum chamber with the pump. Place the plastic tube in this
outlet for vacuuming bowl, containers, wine stoppers, etc.
9. Sealing strip: makes pressure to make easier the sealing process.
10. Vacuum chamber with removable tray: Place the bag opening inside the chamber. It
attracts the air and collects any liquid that could leak from the bag.
11. Lower gasket: It maintains the air outside forming an air chamber with the top seal. Keep it
clean and dry and replace it if any damages or distortions appear.
12. Upper gasket: Keeps the air out forming an air chamber with the lower seal. Keep it clean
and dry and replace it if it presents any damages or distortions.
13. Sealing element (Double): Hot resistance with Teflon covering for sealing the bag.
14. Adjustable support for rolls.
15. Blade guide. (300 mm wide)
