Clean the lid, oil container and frying basket in warm soapy water. Rinse and
dry thoroughly.
OPERATION
1.Place the base on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
2.Place the oil container in the base.
3.Insert the control panel assembly into the slots on the side of the base.
4.Pour clean oil into the oil container up to the MAX mark indicated on the
inside of the oil container. Do not fill above the MAX mark or below the MIN
mark.
• Always use oil which can withstand high temperature.
• Do not mix different types of oil and never add fresh oil
to used oil.
The deep frying food in butter, margarine, olive oil or animal fat is not
•
recommended because of lower smoking temperatures.
5.Close the lid.
6.Plug in the fryer.
•Make sure the thermostat knob is at the minimum setting
by turning it anticlockwise.
7.Turn the thermostat knob to the desired temperature
depending on what you are going to cook.
•The red indicator light will illuminate.
•The oil will heat up.
8.When the oil has reached its set temperature, the red indicator light will go
out, indicating that the fryer is ready for use.
9.
Open the lid and place the basket filled with food in the fryer.
• Preparing food:
Cut food such as chips to the same size and choose similar sized pieces
of fish and chicken.
Make sure food is as dry as possible before frying. Use kitchen paper to
absorb excess water from food such as fish, meat and vegetables.
• The frying time given in the chart below is approximate and only for
reference.
