CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the appliance and allow the oil and
appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
Do not immerse any part of the body, mains lead or
plug in water or any other liquid.
Never use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
Cleaning the control panel assembly and body
Remove the control panel assembly from the base.
Wipe over the control panel assembly and the
surface of the base with a slightly damp cloth and
dry thoroughly.
Cleaning the oil container, frying basket and lid.
Drain the oil from the oil container. Dispose of the oil
in an environmentally safe way. Never pour the oil into
drains. Contact your recycling centre for advice on
the disposal of the oil.
Remove any food deposits from the oil container
using kitchen paper.
Clean the frying basket, lid and oil container in warm
soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use or
storage.
