Test B: Fan Over Current Cut-Out

Complete the "Diagnostic Pre-Checks."
Remove refrigerator from enclosure,
but keep a power supply (either AC
or DC) connected.
With thermostat in "5" position,
make sure that the condenser fan
is operating.
YES
Is the fan
operating?
NO
Measure DC voltage at control
module ternminal "+".
12 VDC
12.2 - 17.0?
YES
24 VDC
25.2 - 31.5?
NO
Replace the cooling unit.
Fan has failed. Replace the coolng unit.
Replace control module.
