Place the chime base (B) against the wall and make sure it is level. Mark
the four screw hole locations on the mounting surface. Drill four 7/32 in.
pilot holes and insert wall anchors (DD). Align the four screw holes in the
chime base (B) with the wall anchors (DD) and insert the four #6 x 1 in.
screws (BB). Tighten securely.

The chime has different selectable tunes:
Ding (one note tune) or Ding-Dong (two note
tune). This tune can be changed by following
these instructions. Note: All models have both
front and back door tune capabilities.

1. PROBLEM/PROBLEMA: Chime does not sound./No suena la campanilla.

2. PROBLEM/PROBLEMA: Batteries seem okay, but the chime does not work after installation./Las baterías parecen estar bien pero la campanilla no

A. POSSIBLE CAUSE/CAUSA POSIBLE: Chime or push button is mounted on metal or near metal studs./La campanilla o el botón pulsador están

A. CORRECTIVE ACTION/ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA: Metal reduces transmission range. Use 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. (6 to 13 mm) wood shims to move chime or

CORRECTIVE ACTION/ACCIÓN CORRECTIVA: Change the code setting. Note: It is recommended to only change one code position at a time and then
