18.1 Other problems
1) The electric wheelchair does not move when switched ON:
- Check battery charge level LEDs on the joystick.
All the LEDs should be switched on
- Check the self-diagnosis LEDs. They should be continually on.
If they flash, refer to the above table to solve the problem
- Check all the electrical connections to be sure they are correct
- Check whether the batteries are correctly connected
- If none of these suggestions help solve the problem, contact your usual retailer
2) If the charge lights do not turn green after charging the electric wheelchair for over
14 hours, contact your usual retailer
Remember that the electric wheelchair is equipped with an electronic system that constantly
controls the status of the driving system, to ensure safe driving. If an error occurs, the battery
charge LED will indicate the type of anomaly by flashing.
