Cleaning the Post-Motor Filters
The HEPA Media Filter* and the Post-Motor Filter are
located in the back of your canister, between the
power button and automatic cord rewind. To access
the post-motor filters, lift up on both of the filter storage
tabs to open the post-motor filter compartment. Both
filters should be regularly checked, and cleaned if they
appear dirty or if you notice excessive amounts of dust
inside the canister. They need to be replaced if severely
damaged or torn.
