CARE AND MAINTENANCE

General maintenance of the trailer
• Check your trailer from time to time for loose or worn parts, torn material
or seams.
• Repair or replace parts as necessary.
• Over- or under-pressure in the tyres can cause handling problems with the
trailer. Replace the tires only with treaded tires.
• We recommend that you clean all parts regularly, wipe dry and then allow
to air dry, especially if they have been exposed to salt water, salt spray,
beach sand, etc.
Note: Do not make any changes to the trailer. Make sure that the trailer
and bicycle are in good working order. a bicycle dealer can help you with
inspection and maintenance. Do not use cleaning agents. Clean the trailer
only with mild soap and water.
Seasonal storage of the trailer
Check the trailer and its parts before and after each use and storage.
Check the condition of the trailer and bicycle before each use.
Store the trailer in a dry place and make sure that the trailer is always dry
before storage.
Note: To avoid fading of the colour and possible weakening of the materials
or components, keep the trailer out of direct sunlight.
Service and repair of the trailer
Service and repair can be carried out by any bicycle shop.
