OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Installing and removing the battery pack from the tool.
CAUTION! Heating sockets are available in different
diameters! Always use the correct heating socket according
to the intended use! Observe the technical re quirements of
this product (see section "Technical specifications") when
purchasing and using heating sockets!
Note: Socket becomes hot during use! Wear protec-
tive gloves during using in order to avoid injuries like
burns!
Heating Sockets (FIG. B)
Installation
♦ Put the machine on stand (5).
♦ Align heating sockets (6) on both sides of heating
element (4). Screw the heating sockets (6) clockwise on
the heating element (4).
♦ Fix the heating sockets (6) with screw (9), tighten it by
clockwise.
Removing/Placing
♦ Loosen the screw (9) with the wrench (7), remove the
heating sockets (6), if change to another pair of heating
sockets (6), repeat the mentioned above steps.
Thermostat Knob (FIG. C)
WARNING! Make sure the thermostat knob (2) is in its
"0" position and disconnect it from power supply before
making any adjustments.
♦ Turn the thermostat knob (2) clockwise (as seen from
operators position) to increase the temperature.
♦ Turn the thermostat knob (2) anticlockwise (as seen
from operators position) to decrease the temperature.
Indicator
♦ When power on, the thermostat knob (2) to its "0"
position, the green indicator turned on.
♦ Turn the themostat knob (2) clockwise (as seen from
operators position) to increase the temperature, the red
indicator turned on.
♦ After reached to required temperature, the red indicator
turned off, and the green indicator turned on.
Welding (Fig. D, Fig. E)
♦ Put the assembled machine on flat mesa.
♦ Turn the thermostat knob (2) to required temperature.
♦ When red indicator turn off, push the pipe and connector
into corresponding matrixes and keeping some time.
♦ Pull the pipe and connector out and insert to each other
in seconds until it cool down.
♦ Turn the thermostat knob (2) to its "0" position. Let
the heating socket (6) cool down before lifting it from
heating element (4).

MAINTENANCE
Your Stanley tool has been designed to operate over a long
period of time with a minimum of maintenance. continuous
satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and
regular cleaning.
WARNING! To minimize the danger of serious
personal injury, please switch off the tool power and
disconnect all plugs before adjusting or removing/
installing any accessory. Before reassembling the tool,
press and release the trigger switch to make sure the tool is
already switched off.
WARNING! Before performing any maintenance on corded/
cordless power tools:
Lubrication
Stanley tools are properly lubricated at the factory
and are ready for use.
Tools should be lubricated regularly every year depending
on usage. (Tools used on heavy duty jobs and tools
exposed to heat may require more frequent lubrication.)
This lubrication should be attempted only by trained power
tool repairperson's such as those at Stanley service centers
or in other qualified service personnel.
Cleaning
WARNING! Regularly clean the ventilation
slots in your tool using a soft brush or dry
cloth.
WARNING! Never use solvents or harsh
chemicals to clean non-metal parts of the
tool. These chemicals may weaken the
material of the parts. Use only mild soap
and damp cloth to clean the tool. Never let
any liquid get inside the tool; never immerse
any part of the tool into liquid.
¡IMPORTANT! To ensure product SAFETY
and RELIABILITY, repairs, maintenance
and adjustment (other than those listed in
this manual) should be performed by
authorized service centers or other qualified
organizations,
replacement parts. Unit contains no user
service able parts inside.
Optional Accessories
WARNING! Since accessories, other than those
offered by Stanley, have not been tested with this
product, use of such accessories with this tool could be
hazardous. To reduce the risk of injury, only Stanley,
recommended accessories should be used with this product.
The performance of any power tool is dependent upon the
accessory used. Stanley accessories are engineered to
