Conditions and restrictions

The warranty is valid if it is in accordance with the conditions below:
1. The warranty applies to bicycles only when:
a. The product is in the hands of the original purchaser with original proof of purchase (bill of sale);
b. It has not been the subject of: accident, misuse or neglect, improper operation, abuse, improper trans-
port and storage, maintenance at odds with the specifications contained in the operating instructions,
improper service, or modification not performed by Brudden;
c. The replacement parts used have been provided by Brudden;
d. Complaints made within the warranty period.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
• Parts with natural wear and tear and finishing items, including, but not limited to the following: belts in
general, heartbeat sensor, fairings, rubber buttons, stickers, adhesive panels, cabinets of modules, caster
wheels, pedals with foot straps, seats, rubber, shoes;
• Products repaired or modified by a third party, without prior written permission from Brudden;
• Products used in places with wide temperature and humidity oscillations such as saunas and/or near
heated pools;
• Repairs made to Movement products without the serial number or with the identification changed or
damaged; •Service call for correct installation of the product or instruction to the owners on how to use the
product;
• Pickup and delivery for repairs;
• Any expense for services that took place after the service warranty period.

General conditions of the warranty

The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an authorized dealer from
whom the product was purchased. The costs of any transport or freight for the product to technical assis-
tance including a technical visit made by authorized Assistant, are paid by the purchaser, whether or not
the product is covered by this warranty.
The responsibility of this warranty is limited exclusively to repair, modification or replacement of the
product supplied. Brudden is not responsible for damages to people, third parties, other equipment and
facilities, lost profits, or any incidental or consequent damages.
Brudden reserves the right to halt manufacture of its products without prior notice and/or modify the spe-
cifications and introduce improvements to products at any time, without incurring the obligation to do the
same to previously manufactured products.
