For best results, the following food waste should
not be added:

Open lid
Slide the lid open to expose the mixing bin.
After a cycle is completed, the seven-day countdown will restart
the first time the lid is opened.
For the first six days of the countdown, the circular cycle ring
will be off and the Start key will be on at a low level brightness.
On day seven, the circular cycle ring will turn on at a low-level
brightness and the Start key will flash.

Add a variety of food waste
Add a variety of food waste to the mixing bin. See "Food Waste"
in the "Using Your Food Recycler" section.
Food may need to be cut into smaller pieces to fit into the

mixing bin.
Food must fit into the opening without using force.

NOTE: For best performance, it is not recommended to force
items down into the mixing bin.
Each time the lid is closed a quick mixing cycle will run to evenly
distribute the food waste.
NOTE: For best performance, allow food to defrost before
adding into mixing bin.

Fill to top of mixing blade
Max fill
For best results, avoid overfilling. Limit fill to below the
mixing blade.
Continue adding food waste throughout the week for
seven days or until the mixing bin is full. The food recycler
will periodically mix the input for even distribution of food
waste.
