OW INSTALL JOLLY 20/6
IMPORTANT: Before install JOLLY 20/6 check that the shutter is correctly balanced by its screws mounted on the shaft. Verify it manually by
opening and closing the shutter.
FITTING JOLLY 20/6 WITH VERTICAL PASS THROUGH HOLE. To be done if the shaft is not fitted yet inside the upper wall box (new rolling shutter).

After have choosen JOLLY 20/6 according to the dimensions of the shutter, verify the diameter of the
spring housing and of the shaft, because they must have the same diameter of the choosen motor.
If they're different use the required adaptor:

A - Make the holes on the shaft as indicated on the rising above draw (see pict. 1). In case it should
be impossible to execute the pass-through hole, it will be possible to fix JOLLY 20/6 with not
passing-through-hole Ø 12 mm, as for fig. 3 (WARNING: the bracket must be turned on 180°).
In case it were not possible to carry out a vertical drilling, do it frontally (pict. 4), mounting the
bracket tilted by 35° (use the appropriate hole). Open the motor and mount it as indicated in
the instruction.
B - Open the pulley unscrewing the 2 screws (1).
C - Dismount the fixing flange on the shaft unscrewing the screws (2).
D - Mount JOLLY 20/6 on the shaft and position the motor as indicated on pict. 1 or pict. 3 or pict.
4. Fix JOLLY 20/6 on the shaft using the fixing flange and its screws (2) and (3) or (5).
E - Reassemble the pulley and re-screw its screws (1).
F - On the last section of the shutters make a hole Ø 12 mm which allows to fix the shutter to the
pulley of JOLLY 20/6 using the proper screws (4).
G - Insert the electrical cable and the releasing cable in the holes on the shaft and execute the
electrical connections (see pict. 8).
