Instructions for use
S et the saw blade protection to leave just enough
space for the workpiece to be fed along the saw
blade.
S witch the machine on before the saw blade
touches the workpiece.
H old the workpiece with both hands and slowly
feed it along the saw blade.
D o not exert pressure on the saw blade. Allow the
machine enough time to cut through the workpiece.
B est results are achieved with workpieces up to
approx. 2.5 cm.
W orkpieces thicker than approx. 2.5 cm should be
fed along the
saw blade very slowly. Be extra careful not to bend
the saw blade.
T o maintain optimum efficiency, replace a worn
saw blade in time.
Switching on and off (fig. A)
This machine is equipped with a no-volt release
feature.
This feature avoids that the machine is accidentally
switched on when the plug is inserted into the mains
outlet.
T o switch the machine on, set the on/off switch (1)
to 'I'.
T o switch the machine off, set the on/off switch (1)
to '0'.
Lubrication (fig. F & G)
R egularly apply a drop of oil to lubricate the guide
rollers on the saw blade guides.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The machine does not require any special
maintenance.
R egularly clean the ventilation slots.
R egularly remove sawdust from the housing and
the wheel case.
