• Seat the child in the booster seat, and adjust the height of the
headrest using the handle (9). The seat belt should be slightly

above the child's shoulder.
H. POSITIONING THE CHILD IN THE SEAT
• Seat the child in the booster seat and pass the shoulder sec-
tion of the vehicle seat belt through the belt guide on the side

of the headrest (5).

• Pass the seat belt over the child and fasten the buckle.
• Lastly, pass the seat belt underneath both lower guides (6).
When getting the child out of the booster seat it is not neces-
sary to take the seat belt out of the belt guide on the side of the
headrest (5). This makes it easier to fasten the child in next time
the booster seat is used.
ATTENTION: Even when not in use, the booster seat must
!
be securely fastened in place with the seat belt because
in the event of sudden braking or an accident it could
get flung about and injure the other occupants of the
vehicle.

To remove the booster seat:
• Release the ISOFIX anchors by pressing the buttons (4a).
The signals on the side (4b) will turn red.
• Remove the booster seat. Press the ISOFIX anchors (4) to
store them away inside the base.
I. RECLINING THE SEAT
i-RACER can be reclined by using the lever found on the front of
the seat (8). It has 4 reclining positions.
