3. Configuring the wireless router
If y..r PC c.nnects t. the r..ter .sing a cable, la.nch a web br.wser and the
l.gin page .f the r..ter's web interface a.t..atically appears.
If your PC connects to the router wirelessly, you have to select the network first.
To select the network:
1. Click Start > Control Panel > Network Connections > Wireless Network
Connection.
2. .elect a netw.rk fr.. the Choose a wireless network wind.w. Wait f.r it t.
c.nnect.
Note: By defa.lt, the ..ID .f the A.U. Wireless R..ter is default. C.nnect t. this defa.lt
..ID.
3. After establishing a wireless c.nnecti.n, la.nch a web br.wser.
Configuring via the web interface
1. After setting .p a wired .r wireless c.nnecti.n, la.nch a web br.wser. The
l.gin page a.t..atically appears.
Note: Y.. .ay als. .an.ally key in the r..ter's defa.lt IP address (192.168.1.1) t. la.nch the
r..ter's web interface.
2. On the l.gin page, key in the defa.lt .ser na.e (admin) and passw.rd (admin).
The A.U. Wireless R..ter h..epage appears. The h..epage displays q.ick
links to configure the main features of the wireless router.
