WARRANTY
CONDITIONS AND RESTRUCTIONS
THE GUARANTEE IS VALID IF IT COMPLIES WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW
1. The warranty applies to Movement products only when:
1-1. The product is with the original buyer and with the original proof of purchase
(purchase invoice);
1-2. It has not been subject to: accidents, improper use or negligence, improper
operation, abuse, improper transport and storage, maintenance not in accordance with
the specifications contained in the instruction manual, improper service, or modification
not carried out by Brudden;
1-3. The spare parts used are provided by Brudden;
1-4. Claims made within the warranty period.
2. This warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure caused by the absence of
basic maintenance, as described in this Manual.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO
•Products repaired or modified by third parties, without prior written authorization by
Brudden. Any modification or replacement of treadmill parts implies loss of warranty.
•Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the
product;
•Repairs performed in Movement products without the series number or with altered or
damaged identification;
•Removal and delivery of equipment for repair;
•No service expenses have occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The service of the Brudden Limited Warranty can be obtained by contacting an
authorized dealer or the one fromwhomthe product was purchased.
The expenses related to the transportation of the product to the authorized point and
travel (technical visit) by the Authorized Assistant will be borne by the Buyer, whether or
not the product is under warranty.
Liability for the warranty is limited to the repair, modification or replacement of the
product.
Brudden shall not be liable for damages to persons, third parties, other equipment,
facilities, loss of profits and consequential damages.
Brudden reserves the right to suspend the manufacture of the equipment at any time
and without prior notice, modify its specifications and make improvements without
incurring the obligation to make such improvements in products previously
manufactured.
