To Increase suction
Press the suction increase button

IMPORTANT: If you feel pain in your breast or nipple, turn the pump off (see
next page) or slide a finger between the flange and your breast to immediately
break the suction. If you feel discomfort at every suction level, turn the pump off
and contact your healthcare provider for assistance.
Note: Pump will automatically shut off after 40 minutes.
To ensure a good seal, place the flange
gently, but firmly, against your breast,
with your nipple directly in the center, as
shown.
Hold the bottle upright to ensure that
milk flows into the bottle.

Using the Breast Pump
When milk begins flowing (let-down begins),
press the speed decrease button

the milk flow faster. As milk flow slows,
stimulate another let-down by increasing
speed using the speed increase button
Continue pumping until milk is no longer
flowing or bottle is full.
Note: Do not overfill the 5-ounce collection
bottle; when freezing your milk for storage,
space is needed in the bottle for the milk to
expand.
Turn off the pump
After breast milk has been expressed, hold
suction decrease button

seconds).
If necessary, slide a finger between
the flange and your breast to break
any remaining suction, then remove
the flange.
