- Remove the hand guard from the food slide guide and wash it in warm soapy
water. Rinse it abundantly.
- Separate the sliding trolley from the base to facilitate cleaning. Clean the
surface of the slide carriage with a damp cloth.
- Remove the blade and wash it carefully in warm soapy water. Rinse it abun-
dantly.
To remove the blade, press the tab on the center cap of the blade; grasp and
turn the tab clockwise to remove it.
Important: Handle the blade with caution, it is extremely sharp.
Note: To avoid injury, replace the blade in the slicer immediately after cleaning.
To reattach the blade, grasp the tab, align the blade with the shaft to engage it
correctly. Turn the tab counterclockwise to adjust it.
Clean the outside surface of the slicer with a slightly damp cloth. It should
never be immersed in water.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing the parts. Do not use
chemicals or abrasive products for cleaning.
WASTE
This symbol on the product or in the instructions
means that your electrical and electronic equipment
must be disposed at the end of its useful life in a
specialized container; Do not dispose it in the usual
household waste container. In the EU there is special
waste collection systems for subsequent recycling. For
more information, contact with the local authority or
the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
