3 KIT COMPOSITION.
The Analog Interface Kit, art. 433, is made up of the ele-
ments visible in fi g. 1.
1 CNC interface circuit.
2 Interface connection.
3 Power connection
4 Arc voltage connection
5 Control connection

4 APPLICATIONS.
This Kit makes it possible to connect the Plasma Power
Source art. 337 to a CNC Pantograph in automated plas-
ma cutting systems.
5 INSTALLATION.
The following hints refer to the "Installation pictures" un-
der the relevant paragraph at the end of this manual.
See the Power Source Instruction Manual for additional
information.
IMPORTANT! The installation operations listed below
must be carried out by qualifi ed personnel only.
All electrical connections must be made in full compli-
ance with current safety laws.
5.1 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.
• Make sure that the Power source cable is disconnect-
ed from the mains.
• Remove the four plastic feet
• Remove the upper neck.
• Remove the plastic rear and the front frame
• Remove the top cover and the two side bands.
• Look on the right side of the machine four plastic spac-
ers with thread, placed on the lower tunnel (49 and 50
of the exploded view)
• Attach the interface circuit (cod. 5602562) to the four
plastic spacers using the four M4 plastic nuts as

shown in the fi gure. 2
• Remove the small metal plate on the rear panel and
fastened to it with two M3 hex head screws and nuts
indicated by arrows in Figure 3.
• Secure the circular connector on one end of the con-
nection 01 into the hole vacated by the small metal
plate with the two screws M3 hex head and fl anged
nuts on the kit and the two hex head screws M3 and
its fl anged nuts used to attach previously the small
metal plate as shown in fi gure 05.
• Fix the terminal ring located at one end of the connec-

tion 01 to the hole shown in Figure 04 with the M4
screw and fl ange nut. The nut must be in the inner part
of the machine.

• Connect the plastic connector of the connection 16
poles in 01 plastic 16-pin connector J2 of 5,602,562
card as illustrated in fi g. 06.

• Connect the green two-way connector AMP MODU I of
the connection 02 to the two-way 02 AMP MODU I J4
of the board 5,602,562 as illustrated in fi g 06.
• Connect the two-way black AMP connector to thecon-

nection 02 AMP MODU II connection J2 of the board
5,602,552 as shown in the fi g. 07. The connection 02
must go through the hole on the middle fl oor as in Fig-
ure 08.
• Connect the six-way black connector AMP MODU II of
the connection 04 to the six-way AMP MODU II J3 of
Fig. 1
the 5,602,562 board as shown in Figure 06.
• Connect the black connector AMP MODU II six-way
connection 04 to AMP connector J8 of the six-way
5602560 board as shown in Figure 09.
• Connect two-way plastic connector of the connec-
tion to 03 to the two-way plastic connector J1 of the
5,602,562 board as in Figure 06.
• Connect the FASTON connector placed on the end of
the 03 black cable connection to the J5 (-) FASTON
connector of the 5,602,553 board as shown in Fig. 10.
• Connect the FASTON connector placed on the end of
the red cable of the 03 connection to the FASTON J3
connector (+) of the 5,602,553 board as shown in Fig.
10.
