CLEANING YOUR ELECTRIC FILLET KNIFE
1. Disconnect cord from power before removing blades. Remove blades by sliding blade release button and
pulling blades out by grease guards. Always hold blades on the dull side with your hands away from the
cutting edges.
2. Slide blades apart and unlock.
3. Hold blades by extensions & wash in hot soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not wash in automatic
dishwasher.
HINTS FOR USING YOUR ELECTRIC FILLET KNIFE
1. Always use a cutting board to clean fish.
2. Do not sharpen blades. They are precision ground with serrated edges.
3. Do not attempt filleting frozen fish; thaw out first.
4. When cleaning fish, occasionally remove the blades and rinse the residue buildup from the blades.
5. This appliance is not recommended for cleaning gamefish with large or hard bones.
6. For longer motor life, avoid short on-and-off spurts.
