1. OPERATING THE ROTARY TOOL
WARNING!
TURN THE ROTARY TOOL ON.

Select the appropriate
speed for the application.

For high precision
applications, such as
engraving or milling, hold
the rotary tool like a pen.
CAUTION:
PLACING EXCESSIVE LOAD ON THE ROTARY TOOL WHILE IT IS RUNNING AT LOW SPEED MAY CAUSE IT TO
OVERHEAT AND THE MOTOR TO FAIL.
2. CUTTING GUIDE
The cutting guide allows for sturdy controlled cuts in a variety of materials, including drywall, laminate, fiberglass, plastic and vinyl siding.
1 Remove the shaft
collar.
2 Loosen the collet
nut with spindle lock
and wrench.
Insert the drill bit shank
into the collet then tighten
the collet nut with
spindle lock and
wrench.
NOTICE:
Always cut in clockwise direction.
BE SURE WORKPLACE IS SECURELY CLAMPED DOWN AND THEN
3 For heavy work like
cutting or grinding,
hold the rotary tool
in the palm of your
hand.
4 Gently apply the tip
of the accessory to
the work piece.
3 Screw the cutting
guide fitting collar on
the rotary tool competely.
Loosen the screw to adjust
the cutting depth as desired,
then tighten the screw to fix.
4 Hold the rotary tool to start to cutting (as shown below).
