TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The appliance does not work.
The appliance does not
charge.
The appliance keeps
reversing.
The appliance moves in
circles.
The left or right driving wheel
does not work properly.
The left or right edge-
cleaning side brush does not
work properly.
The dust box looks abnormal.
The universal wheel does not
work properly.
The smartphone app does
not work.
The remote-control sensor
does not work.
Other abnormal situations.

Possible causes
The appliance is not turned
on.
The appliance has run out of
battery.
The main unit is not
connected to the charging
pins.
The power plug or power
cord is damaged.
The ground sensor is dirty.
The transparent signal
window is dirty.
The driving wheel is dirty.
The edge-cleaning side brush
was not installed correctly.
The edge-cleaning side brush
is dirty.
The dust box was not
installed correctly.
The universal wheel is dirty.
There is a problem with the
Wi-Fi connection.
The network has
disconnected.
The remote control is too far
away from the main unit.
Miscellaneous reasons.
Solutions
Press the power switch to
turn on the appliance.
Charge the appliance.

Clean the charging pins with
a dry cloth.
Contact our after-
sales service team for a
replacement.
Clean the ground sensor with
a dry cloth.
Clean the transparent signal
window with a dry cloth.
Clean the left or right driving
wheel and remove the
obstacle or dust.
Install and fix the edge-
cleaning side brushes
properly. The yellow
and gray sides are not
interchangeable.
Clean the edge-cleaning side
brush. Remove the hair and
debris from the brush.
Put the dust box back in
place.
Clean the universal wheel.
Ensure that the vacuum
cleaner is paired with your
Wi-Fi network. For more
information, see 'Wi-Fi
settings'.
Once the main unit has
connected to your Wi-Fi
network, do not connect
again unless the Wi-Fi
network is changed.
Make sure the remote control
and the main unit are placed
within the operating range.
Turn off the appliance.
Place the appliance on a flat
surface, and then turn it on
to restart.
