CLEANING
The electric skillet needs to be cleaned after each use. To simplify the
cleaning process, wipe and dispose of excess food from all cooking
surfaces while the unit is still warm; DO NOT allow food to dry onto the
electric skillet.

The electric skillet needs to be washed by hand only; DO NOT wash any L
parts of the unit in the dishwasher as exposure to harsh detergents and
hot water temperatures may damage and shorten the life of the parts. DO
NOT use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads
to clean any part of the product. NEVER immerse the
base of the electric skillet in water or any other liquid. DO
NOT allow the probe to come in contact with any liquid.
1. Place the electric skillet on a stable, level surface. Ensure the
12-Inch Electric Skillet is switched off, by verifying that the tem-
perature control knob is turned to the oFF position, and that
the power supply cord is unplugged from the electrical out-
let. Then, disconnect the temperature control probe from the
electric skillet.
NOTE: When unplugging the electric skillet from the outlet, be sure to grip
the plug rather than the power cord.
2. Hand wash the tempered glass lid using warm, soapy water. DO
NOT use the dishwasher to wash any component of the electric
skillet. Rinse and dry the lid thoroughly before storing.
