CONSOLE AND KEY FUNCTIONS

To select and set a function, press MODE until the desired function appears
on the display.
Auto Scan
If you select the SCAN function, the individual values are displayed for 4
seconds in the following order:
REPS/MIN > TIME >CALORIES.
Automatic switch-off
If no button is pressed for 4 minutes and the unit has not been used, the
display will automatically turn off. Press MODE to turn it back on for use.

00:00-99:59 minutes
Cumulative calories
burned during
training, this is only a
reference value.
